Hummus Platter. This restaurant that we love has a hummus platter as an appetizer. I mean, the platter itself is packed and loaded and huge and something I would absolutely order as a meal. But it's made up of simple, relatable, classic, delish flavors – nothing is weird or wild and it's all just so insanely GOOD.

Ingredients

  • Prepare 10 oz of container hummus or 10 oz homemade hummus

  • Prepare 1 of cucumber peeled and chopped

  • It’s 1 of tomato chopped

  • It’s 1 of small red onion chopped

  • You need 4 oz of feta cheese

  • It’s 20-30 of kalamata olives

  • It’s 2 cups of fresh spinach chopped

  • Prepare 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Steps

  • Spoon hummus in center of large flat serving platter and spread.
  • Spread tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, spinach and feta evenly around the hummus.
  • Drizzle olive oil over entire platter. Serve with fresh pita chips!.
