Salmon Soup
Salmon Soup. Season salmon with kosher salt and gently add it to the pot of simmering soup. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice and remaining dill. Transfer salmon soup to serving bowls. The ingredients needed to make Salmon Soup:

8 tbsp of Butter

2 lb of Fresh Salmon

4 large of potatoes diced

3 tbsp of Rosemary

2 tbsp of oregano

2 tbsp of Parsley

1 tbsp of Basil

2 tbsp of salt

3 tbsp of pepper

3 medium of Garlic Cloves Minced

1/2 gallon of heavy cream

1/2 gallon of milk
Steps to make Salmon Soup:
- dust fresh salmon with Rosemary
- place small amount of olive oil in large frying pan
- add 1 tbsp. of minded garlic
- place salmon in frying pan on med heat
- place diced potatoes in large pan of water bring to a boil and cook 15 mins
- in a big pot put place butter, heavy cream and milk on low heat
- add garlic and rest of spices
- when potatoes are cooked add to big pot
- then add salmon
- cook on low for 15 to 20 mins
