Ingredients

  • You need 10 of asparagus pieces

  • It’s 500 g of Gnocchi

  • Prepare of Large white onion

  • Prepare 1 of garlic teeth

  • Prepare 1 Can of peas

  • Prepare 7 of dries tomatoes

  • It’s of Salt and pepper

  • It’s of Heavy cooking cream (30%+)

Steps

  • Heat sliced mushrooms and asparagus.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic and dried tomatoes at a lower flame.
  • Add cream, one glass of water, Vegetable broth and peas.
  • Add gnocchi for 5'.

Look for shelf-stable gnocchi near other pasta. Serve with baby arugula salad with vinaigrette and a glass of pinot grigio.
