Gnocchi Thing. While trying to find a creative use for leftover turkey, we decided to add gnocchi instead of noodles. Ingredients

  • Prepare 1 pk of Gnocchi

  • It’s 1/3 cup of 3 Chili Cheese

  • It’s 1/3 cup of Mexican cheese

  • Prepare 6 of pepper bacon slices-chopped

  • It’s 1/3 cup of Heavy Cream

  • You need 1/3 of or less flour

  • Prepare 2 cups of garlic sausage cooked and chopped

  • You need 2 cups of chicken stock

Steps

  • Cook bacon until crisp then add sausage.
  • Once sausage is heated sprinkle flour into pan and stir while adding Chicken stock..
  • Add gnocchi while stirring..
  • Add heavy cream and keep stirring..
  • Add cheeses and stir until melted..
  • Cover and set to low till gnocchi is done stirring occasionally..
