Chipotle Salmon
Chipotle Salmon. The smokey chipotle lime flavour combo is another one of my favourites and it goes so well on melt in your mouth buttery salmon. This salmon could not be easier, you simply mix the chipotle chilies in adobo with lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper and bake and broil or grill the salmon until just cooked. Chipotle Lime Salmon is a little sweet and spicy and makes an easy, healthy dinner. How to make Brown Sugar Chipotle Salmon Start by patting down the salmon with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, cumin, salt and chipotle powder. The ingredients needed to make Chipotle Salmon:

1 piece of salmon

1/2 cup of adobe chipotles

2 tbsp of maple syrup

1 cup of orange juice

1 of garlic cloves

1 of avocado
-
1 of lettuce

1 tbsp of olive oil
Steps to make Chipotle Salmon:
- Blend the chipotles, garlic cloves and maple syrup
- Add the orange juice to obtain a dense blend
- Marinate the pice of salmon with the blend for about 10 minutes
- Add the olive oil tablespoon to an already hot pan
- Cook each side of the salmon for 5 minutes
- Serve in a bed of lettuce and avocado
Add the sauce to the salmon and turn to coat. In medium size bowl combine honey, olive oil, sea salt, chipotle chili powder, garlic and onion powder, paprika and Italian season. Place the salmon on a plate and spoon the mixture over fillets, spreading it to coat each piece of salmon evenly. Then place each fillet on baking sheet about an inch apart from each other. In a small saucepan, whisk together tart cherry juice, chipotle in adobo sauce, honey, and dark brown sugar.
