Easy and Festive! Avocado and Salmon Tartare. A tower of lectin free goodness Avocado and wild caught Sockye salmon 'chilled' in lime juice and spices. Basically two main ingredients, but a powerhouse of taste and nutrition. The salmon is 'cooked' in the fridge, in lime juice, onion, cilantro, extra virgin olive oil, mustard and dry oregano – you can call it a ceviche. A little bit spicy, a little bit creamy, a whole lot of delicious. Spoiler alert: it makes the best salmon patties! To cook Easy and Festive! The ingredients needed to make Easy and Festive! Avocado and Salmon Tartare:

  • 1/2 of Avocado

  • 100 grams of Fresh salmon (sashimi grade)

  • 1 of Tomato, small

  • 1/2 of Cucumber

  • 1/4 of Onion

  • 1 of to 1 1/2 tablespooon Olive oil

  • 1 of generous amount Krazy Salt

  • Dice all the ingredients. (Mince the onion.)
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and toss with olive oil and Krazy Salt. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Serving Suggestion Using a small dish for a mold, pack the tartare in the dish, then upturn it in the center of your serving platter. Scatter mixed leaves dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Then serve!!
