I thought the cottage cheese would look like snow. It had a great taste I really liked how the avocado complemented the other ingredients. This salmon avocado salad is a healthy salad recipe that's big on nutrients and flavor. To make Christmas Salmon and Avocado Salad you need 9 ingredients and 3 steps easily.

The ingredients needed to make Christmas Salmon and Avocado Salad:

  • 60 grams of Smoked salmon

  • 1/2 of Avocado

  • 60 grams of Cottage Cheese

  • of For the dressing:

  • 1 tbsp of Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of Lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp of White wine vinegar

  • 1 of Yuzu pepper paste

  • 1 of Italian Parsley, Red peppercorns (for garnish)

Steps to make Christmas Salmon and Avocado Salad:

  • Sprinkle a little dressing over the smoked salmon, and avocado cut into 7-8 mm cubes.
  • Place a circular mould on a plate. Layer the ingredients, in equal thirds to fill the mold. Repeat with the second mould.
  • Drizzle the remaining salad dressing and garnish with Italian parsley and the red peppercorns (to look like holly berries).
