Steps to make Salmon Roasting Tin:
- Chop all the vegetables, add olive oil. Season it with Salt & pepper. Place room temperature Salmon on top, season it with Salt and pepper.
- Make sause according to above mentioned ingredients section : “ Sauce “, cut peanuts, mix them, place it in small bowl
- Preheat oven 200 Celsius / Fan. Than place Tin to oven, roasted for 25 mins
- Add Sauce made in Step to on top of Salmon and vegetables. Roast to for Another 5 mins to create bit chilly sour Sauce.
- Serve it, may be append a glass of White Wine for enhance taste and pleasure.
Toss the courgettes in the remaining oil and add them and the salmon to the tin. Use paper towels to pat the fish dry, inside and out, then place it on a foil lined baking sheet and drizzle inside and out with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper all over the fish, you guessed it, inside and out. Mix the broccoli, asparagus, sugar snaps, frozen peas, sea salt and sesame oil in a roasting tin. Put the salmon fillets in around the vegetables.
