Pavlova. Pavlova (Māori: paherowa) is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It has a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream.   • I cool mine in the oven,turn upsidedown on to pkate and decorate as desired.
  • Then 100c for two hours on a lower shelf.
