Steps to make Pavlova:
- Preheat oven at 300° F.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar, whisking all the time until very stiff.
- Fold in vanilla, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Line baking tray with parchment paper and spoon mix onto baking tray and spread out, but not too thin.
- Bake for 1 hour. Cool on wire rack then transfer to plate. Top with whipped cream and decorate with fruit.
