Creme Brulee
Creme Brulee. Just before serving, sprinkle the tops with white granulated sugar and shake off the excess. Place under broiler til caramelized or use a propane torch to burn the tops. Part of the fun of Creme Brulee comes from the crispiness of the burnt top compared to the creaminess of the custard.

It’s 1 packet of whipped cream 500gm

You need 3 of eggs

Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar powdered

Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla essence,

It’s 1 of Yellow colour small tsp
Steps
- In a bowl put eggs, sugar,vanilla essence and yellow food colour and mix well..
- In a vessel heat the whipped cream.
- Pour this into the sweet mixture..
- Stir gently..
- Cook on Microwave oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till done..
- Take out and chill for two hours in a fridge..
- Decorate with fruits and nuts..
- You can caramelize the top of your creme Brulee with a blow torch..
- Serve chilled..
