Italian Bruschetta

Ingredients

It’s 1 of big loaf bread

Prepare 1/4 cup of cheese slice

It’s of Veggies

Prepare 3-4 of tomatoes

It’s 1 of onion

Prepare 4-5 of green chillies

It’s leaves of Basil

You need 6 of garlic pods

You need 3 tbsp of -Olive oil (any other refined oil)

It’s 1/2 tsp of vinegar

You need 1/2 tsp of soya sauce

You need of Salt

Prepare of Mixed herbs

You need of Black pepper
-
Prepare of Brushing
-
You need of Olive oil (any other oil)

You need 4-5 of Garlic pods
Steps
- Take a big loaf bread and cut it into peices..
- Now we will start making the veggies. For that take 3 tomatoes chopped tomatoes,1 diced onion, some basil leaves, chopped garlic and green chillies.
- Transfer the veggies in a bowl and add some olive oil / refined oil..
- Add vinegar and soya sauce and mix it well..
- Now add some salt, mixed herbs / Italian seasoning and some black pepper..
- Now for brushing take some olive oil/ refined oil and to that add 1tsp of chopped garlic (approx 4-5 pods).
- Brush the oil all over the bread..
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cheese spread over all the breads..
- Now bake the breads at 180°C for 10 mins..
- After baking them add the prepared veggies..
- Sprinkle some Italian seasoning over the top and drizzle some soya sauce for nice looks.
- If you like you can add some grated cheese at top.
- Easy and most delicious brushchetta is ready……….
