Steps
- Cut the bread into thick slices, brush the rounds with a little olive oil then toast or grill them until golden.
- Toss the bruschetta topping ingredients together, pile on top of the toasted rounds and serve! You can make your bruschetta toppings ahead of time and allow to marinate overnight.
