2 cups half cooked rice.
1 bassa fillet.
6-12 mini shrimps.
3 shallots, chopped.
5 sundried tomatoes, chopped.
1 tbsp paprika.
2 tbsp parmesan.
2 cloves garlic, chopped, fried.
1 tbsp basil, fried.
3/4 cup cream.
Sear fish for 2 mins each side, add garlic and basil, then add cream and rice, then add all other ingredients and cook for 15 mins.
