Ingredients

Prepare 2 of avocados
Prepare 1 of large red onion
It’s 30 g of coriander
You need 2 of red chillis
It’s 8 of baby plum tomatoes
You need 1 of lime

Steps

Scoop the avocados out into a bowl and mash up with a fork..
Finely chop the onion, coriander and chilli and add to the bowl. I use a mini chopper for this to get all the ingredients fine enough..
Chop the tomatoes up really finely so they're almost pureed, add to the bowl and then mix all the ingredients in together..
Squeeze in the juice of the lime and mix in. That's all, really lovely fresh tasting guacamole..
