The ingredients needed to make Butter chicken:

  • 500 gm of boneless chicken

  • 6-8 of large tomato,

  • as required of lemon juice,

  • 1 cup of hung curd,

  • as required of kashmiri mirch powder

  • 10-15 of Kaju pieces,

  • as required of mustard oil, salt, honey or sugar

  • as required of Ginger, garlic

Steps to make Butter chicken:

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with lemon juice
  • After 5 minutes marinate the chicken pieces with 4 table spoon hung curd,2 table spoon mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, kashmiri mirch powder
  • Now the time for making curry. Boil the tomatoes with very little onion, ginger, 4-5 garlic pieces, kaju, tejpatta, kashmiri mirch powder, salt, butter in two cup's water
  • After some time make a paste from the boil ingredients and strain that
  • Heat a pan with butter and fry all the marinated chicken pieces on high flame
  • Other side in another pan mix the chicken pieces in the strained curry, boil the curry.
  • Serve this recipe by adding some fresh cream and kasuri methi.
