of Extra Virgin Olive oil (same amount as lemon juice)
of Small pinch of Salt
of Pepper
of Some herb: Dill or Cilatro or Basil
Arrange on a serving platter with salmon and avocado. Serve immediately with remaining olive oil mixture. This is a very quick and tasty great salmon salad that can be eaten as a sandwich on thickly sliced specialty bread (fantastic on foccacia). To serve as a salad, mound mixture on a bed of lettuce, or on an avocado half. Stir in the eggs and salmon.
