Prepare 1 tbsp of dried thyme
It’s 16 oz of Pre packaged gnocchi
Prepare 2 cups of chicken (I used about 1.75lbs boneless skinless chicken breast)
You need 1/4 cup of AP flour
Prepare 8 oz of half and half
Spinach: For best results use fresh spinach. The frozen spinach will become mushy in the soup over a long period of time. Add chicken, chicken stock, half and half, salt and pepper, thyme. Heat to boiling, then add gnocchi.
