French crepes Recipe

French crepes

French crepes. Making crepes is a very "feel" based endeavor, but this is an excellent recipe for people who didn't have the benefit of having a little old French lady in the house growing up. I have used this recipe for years. Unlike pancakes, crepes won't puff up, so don't be surprised about that.

Ingredients

  • It’s 2 cups of Flour

  • You need 3 of Eggs

  • It’s 2 cups of Milk

  • You need 2 tablespoons of Butter

  • You need 1 tablespoon of Sugar

  • It’s 1/2 teaspoon of Salt

  • It’s 1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

Steps

  • Mix everything.
  • Let rest in fridge for at least 30min.
  • Pan fry on medium heat.

A simple, foolproof crepe recipe for sweet or savory basic crepes! Authentic French Crêpes Recipe, a truly gourmet breakfast or brunch better than at any fancy restaurant. Quick and easy to make, with an endless choice of fillings, these crepes are so delicious. A favourite recipe with kids too. Serve these crepes with any jam, nutella, peanut butter or just sugar, you are in for a treat!
