The ingredients needed to make Salmon and Noodles:

  • 500 g of salmon fillets

Steps to make Salmon and Noodles:

  • Mix the honey, mustard, ginger lemon lime and zest together. Then, leave the salmon marinading in the honey and lime mixture.
  • Meanwhile, bring a pan of water to the boil to steam the broccoli and cook the noodles. Remember to cook the noodles as it instructs on the packet. The broccoli take about 10 minutes until the florets are a bright green.
  • Heat the first knob of butter in a frying pan until it starts to slightly bubble. Remove the salmon from the marinade
  • Fry the salmon skin side down (if you like it with skin on)for 2 minutes then turn as cook the other side. Add the marinade and turn down the heat, simmer for 5 mins.
  • Put the noodles on a plate and add salmon, pour marinade over the top and decorate with broccoli.
  • Tip: If you would like more sauce then double the quantities to make the marinade. Add other veg if you prefer.

Stir in salmon, peas, onion, and noodles; toss lightly. After using hundreds of recipes from the internet this is one of the best "hands down". Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper and garnish with more parsley. Push zucchini noodles on the side and add salmon fillets back to the pan. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the egg noodles, cook according to packet instructions, then drain, reserving a little of the cooking water.
