Bruschetta with goat's cheese, honey and thyme Recipe

Bruschetta with goat's cheese, honey and thyme

Bruschetta with goat's cheese, honey and thyme. Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil, and arrange them on a baking sheet. Toasted bread and whipped goat cheese are the starters for this goat cheese appetizer. Each slice is drizzled with honey and hazelnuts for a sophisticated flair!

Ingredients

  • It’s of Bread

  • It’s of Goat's cheese

  • You need Spoonful of honey

  • You need of Sprinkle of thyme

  • You need of Sliced cherry tomatoes

Steps

  • Mix the cheese and honey together.
  • Lightly grill the bread.
  • Spread the cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle with thyme and serve with a slice of tomato :).

Garnish with a few basil ribbons, then drizzle. Goat Cheese and Honey Bruschetta with apples is one of my favorite easy appetizers. Nolan and I had a date night at a new (well new to us) restaurant here in Nashville. We decided to try these little bruchettas, and we could not believe how delicious they were! The honey complements the goat cheese perfectly.
