Ingredients

Prepare 1 of baguette loaf (cut into 6 slices)
Prepare 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
It’s of Olive-Garlic mixture:1 tsp grated Garlic
Prepare 4-6 tbsp of Tomato Salsa

Steps

Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Then place the bread slices on it and brush the olive oil-garlic mixture on top of each slice..
Bake and cook at 180 degree celsius for aboutique 4-5 minutes or till the slices are crisp and golden in colour..
Once cooked, let the bread slices cool down(about a minute or two)..
Using a spoon, spread the salsa on top of each bread slice and serve..
