Ingredients

Prepare of Ready Mixture
You need 5 cups of flour [1150ml]
It’s 12 tbsp of sugar
You need 4 packet of baking powder
You need 2 packet of vanilla

Steps

For the ready mixture mix all the dry ingredients and store in a jar.
To make roughly 14 pancakes take 1.25 cups [250 ml] of the mixture..
Add 1 egg, 1.5 tbsp oil, 1 cup milk and mix.
Take about 2 tbsp of the mixture and fry it in a little oil on medium-high heat each side.
You can add a dollop of chocolate spread and cover it with a little of mixture to add a twist ?.
