2 stalks of lemon grass chopped
1" of galangal chopped
2 of green chililes
1 tsp of turmeric powder
2-3 of dry red chillies
3-4 of candlenuts / cashew nuts
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp. of tamarind paste
4-5 of kaffir lime leaves
to taste of salt
2-3 tbsp. of roasted fresh grated coconut
3-4 tbsp. of oil
2 of lime leaves, finely sliced
